At the outset, we focused on understanding AdPrompt's market, its audience, and the challenges it aimed to solve. Our user research and validation efforts ensured that we developed the right product to address the needs of advertisers seeking intelligent AI-powered advertising solutions. One key insight we identified was the need to make advertising more affordable for small businesses while providing the services typically reserved for large marketing agencies. We wanted to create an environment where small business owners could access the same level of marketing support without the high costs.
To achieve this, we explored advertiser networks and recognized an opportunity to connect small businesses in a shared ecosystem. We envisioned a platform where small businesses could join a network and post ads on other businesses' websites. This collaborative advertising model would allow businesses to leverage each other's audiences, expanding reach while keeping costs low.
In addition, we realized that users needed an easier, streamlined process for managing their ads. This led us to develop a feature for one-click publishing of both organic posts and ads across multiple platforms. We worked closely with advertising APIs from Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, and others like TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest. These integrations enabled our users to seamlessly publish organic content and ads with just a click, simplifying their experience while amplifying their reach across major social media platforms.
As part of our user research, we spoke to 50+ small business owners to better understand their struggles in keeping their businesses up to date, especially when it came to managing marketing efforts. Their feedback gave us valuable insights into their pain points and the limitations they faced with traditional advertising tools. This direct input shaped our platform's development, ensuring it addressed their real-world needs and streamlined their advertising and marketing processes.
Through comprehensive market and competitive analysis, we identified key opportunities and threats, ensuring that AdPrompt's offering stood out in a crowded space. Ultimately, our strategy aligned with the goal of empowering small businesses through affordable, collaborative advertising solutions and providing them with easy access to a wider audience.


Once the foundational strategy was established, our next step was to craft the user experience. By applying user-research backed insights, we developed intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs that enhanced usability and streamlined interactions. Prototyping and usability testing allowed us to refine the user interface, ensuring it was as seamless and user-friendly as possible. Design systems and interaction design further polished the experience, making it not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
