The Challenge

Na’masaje was operating across several physical locations with a growing team of practitioners. Their existing WordPress website created friction for both the business owner and the team.

Key challenges included:

  • Difficulty updating layouts, formatting, and content in WordPress
  • Inability to easily add or remove team members
  • No clean way to manage practitioner-specific schedules
  • Friction when giving individual therapists their own booking links
  • Limited support for multi-location navigation and discovery
  • Manual effort required to update services, blogs, news, events, and media
As the business scaled, the website needed to function not just as marketing — but as an operational system that could support new locations, new practitioners, and evolving offerings.

Our Approach

We approached the project as a systems redesign, not just a visual refresh.

Multi-Location & Practitioner UX Strategy

We mapped how clients choose a location, practitioner, and service. The site structure was redesigned to clearly separate:

  • Locations
  • Services
  • Individual practitioners

This ensured clients could confidently book the right service at the right location with the right person.

Practitioner-Specific Landing Pages

Each team member received a dedicated landing page that includes:

  • Practitioner bio and offered services
  • A direct Acuity booking link tied to that individual’s availability
  • A shareable URL practitioners can send directly to their clients

This made onboarding new teammates fast and eliminated manual scheduling work.

CMS Architecture & Content Management

To remove WordPress friction, we migrated the site to Webflow and implemented a custom CMS that allows the team to independently manage:

  • Services and pricing
  • Team members
  • Events and workshops
  • Location pages with maps, directions, and visual guidance
  • Photos and videos showcasing each space

All updates can now be made without technical assistance.

Trust & Customer Engagement Features

To support conversion and customer confidence, we integrated third-party tools that surface real social proof and enable real-time communication directly on the website.

Key integrations included:

  • Google Reviews Widget (via Elfsight)
    • Displays live, verified Google reviews
    • Builds trust with new visitors
    • Reinforces in-person reputation online
  • Live Chat & Messaging (via Elfsight)
    • Allows customers to ask quick questions
    • Reduces friction before booking or visiting
    • Supports both desktop and mobile users

These tools helped transform the websites from static marketing pages into active customer touchpoints.

Customer Trust & Communication

To support booking confidence and real-time engagement, we integrated Google Reviews and live chat functionality using Elfsight.

  • Clients can see real, verified Google reviews directly on the website
  • Visitors can quickly ask questions before booking
  • The experience mirrors the trust and warmth of the in-person locations

These additions helped reinforce Na’masaje’s reputation while reducing friction in the booking journey.

Why Webflow

Na’masaje needed a platform that was flexible, visual, and easy for a non-technical team to manage. Moving from WordPress to Webflow allowed the business to:

  • Edit layouts and content visually
  • Add new services, practitioners, and locations without plugins
  • Maintain consistency using CMS-driven templates
  • Reduce long-term maintenance and technical overhead

This shift turned the website from a pain point into a reliable business tool.

Before & After

Before

  • WordPress site that was difficult to update and maintain
  • Manual effort required to manage team and scheduling changes
  • Limited flexibility for multi-location operations

After

  • Webflow website designed as a scalable operational system
  • Easy onboarding of new practitioners
  • Clear, location-specific booking flows
  • Centralized CMS for services, events, media, and locations

The Outcome

  • A scalable website supporting multiple locations and practitioners
  • Practitioner-specific booking pages that reduce admin overhead
  • Simplified content updates across services, events, and media
  • Clearer service discovery and booking experience for clients
  • A digital experience that matches the calm, professional in-person brand
  • A foundation designed to support future locations and team growth

Phase 1: Research & UI/UX Design

In the initial phase, we conducted stakeholder meetings to understand Namasaje’s goals and target audience. We identified their core offerings, such as massage therapy, bodywork, energy work, and facials, and created a clear plan for the website. In the design phase, we mapped user flows, created wireframes, and developed a visual design that aligned with Na'masaje’s calming wellness philosophy. The goal was to ensure intuitive navigation and a professional, soothing aesthetic that would make booking services and exploring the offerings easy for visitors.

Phase 2: Technology Development & Integration

In the build phase, we turned the designs into a fully functional website using Webflow. The website was made mobile-friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience across devices. We integrated a custom CMS to allow Na'masaje to easily update content such as services, team profiles, membership details, and events without needing technical assistance. The integration of Acuity Scheduling allowed for seamless online booking and membership management. We also thoroughly tested the website across different browsers and devices, refining the user experience based on usability feedback. This ensured that the website was both functional and optimized for speed and performance.

Phase 3: Launch and Maintain

Once testing was complete, we launched the website, which was now fully responsive, SEO-optimized, and integrated with the booking system and custom CMS. The site provided a seamless way for clients to explore services, book appointments, and manage memberships. Post-launch, we focused on ongoing maintenance and improvement, ensuring the website remained up-to-date and functional. The custom CMS allowed Na'masaje to make content updates effortlessly, and regular performance monitoring kept the site running smoothly and efficiently.

Final Result

Through these three phases, we helped Na'masaje create a website that’s easy to use and reflects their brand. In Phase 1, we built a responsive site with a booking system and optimized it for performance. In Phase 2, we focused on creating a calming, professional design that made it easy for visitors to find services and book appointments. In Phase 3, we revamped the layout to make the site clearer and more engaging. The final result is a modern, user-friendly website that represents Na'masaje’s holistic approach and provides a smooth experience for their clients.
