Jami’s Couture Closet needed a modern website that could support a constantly changing inventory of consigned formalwear — while giving the owner full control to manage updates without technical help. The goal was to transform the website from a static marketing page into a day-to-day operational system.

Jami’s previous website (shown in the attached images) had several operational limitations:
As a high-end consignment boutique, inventory changes frequently. The website needed to support this pace without creating friction for the business owner.

We approached the project as retail infrastructure, not just a visual redesign.
We redesigned the website around how customers naturally browse in-store:

Instead of using a traditional CMS, we built a custom admin dashboard tailored specifically to Jami’s workflow.

We refined the scheduling experience to support both shoppers and consignors:
To support high-intent shoppers and consignors, we embedded Google Reviews and live chat functionality using Elfsight.
These features help bridge the gap between online browsing and in-person service.
